A natural tranquilizer, Amethyst vibrates with a sense of ease, relieving stress and anxiety, soothing irritability, balancing moods, and alleviating fear and anger.. It dispels grief and sadness and dissolves grudges and negative energy, leaving the soul with a sense of relief and peace. Amethyst also carries the energy of inspired passion and creativity, however it’s excellent at grounding and channeling these energies into healing practices. This can inspire a sense of control and stability, stilling the mind and creating a protective light around the body during meditation, allowing you to remain focused and centered. A stone of Ether, Amethyst is ideal for work with the Third Eye and Crown Chakras, as it is known to quiet chaotic thought patterns, enhance cognitive perception, and increase spiritual awareness.

Mookaite Jasper is a stone of strength, vitality, and adventurous spirit. It is known for increasing Life Force, will, positive energy, and personal power. An excellent transitional stone, it can ease the acceptance of change, inspire courage when embarking on new experiences, and help you trust your instincts to guide you in the right direction. Mookaite is strongly connected to forgiveness, confidence, potential, and self-worth. It emits a nurturing, protective vibrational energy that helps you stay focused and grounded while quieting distracting thoughts. It is known to amplify instinctual gut decision-making, assist with problem-solving, and help you navigate confusing paths. With its vivid colorations, it can heal and align all of the lower body Chakras including the Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root.
 
.: Meditation is a profoundly beneficial practice but can also be a challenging one to implement into your daily life. A Focus Meditation can offer an excellent doorway to Meditation, or for seasoned practitioners, can offer a unique new way of expanding their practice. Instructions are included with each kit.

They are made using natural soy wax, genuine crystal bits, dried botanicals, and custom curated scents. Please choose your preference from the drop down when adding to your cart. If you are sensitive to smell, we recommend “UNSCENTED” or “PLAIN SOY WAX”.
