A natural tranquilizer, Blue Chalcedony is inviting, calming, and soothing. Known to restore balance, its nurturing energy can ease self-doubt, encourage gentle inner reflection, and quiet an overactive mind. It is known to dispel grief and sadness, help with coping and adjusting to change, and dissolve negative energy, leaving the soul with a sense of relief and peace. A stone connected to the Throat Chakra, Blue Chalcedony can be used to help you express your feelings, speak your truth, and ask for support when needed.
