Known for being a highly curative and protective stone, Garnet is a “Stone of Health” celebrated for its ability to cleanse negative energy from the body, mind, and spirit, and replace it with healing, peaceful, and beneficial vibrations. With its calming influence, it can be used to alleviate sadness and depression, control anger, strengthen will, and enhance feelings of courage and hope. Garnet balances energy, inspiring peace but also passion when needed. Connected deeply to the Root Chakra, it can help to ground and cultivate creativity, as well as to inspire love and devotion and enhance sexual desire by opening the heart for a boost of self-confidence. Garnet can also be used to connect the spiritual and physical planes by balancing all Chakras, pulsing warm vibrational inner light up the spine from the Root to the Crown. This can help establish trust in the self and thus be used to invite luck and good fortune into your life - especially following a dark or difficult experience. On a physical level, it is used to detoxify and purify the blood and cells, treat spinal conditions, and regenerate the body and quickly heal wounds.
 
.: Meditation is a profoundly beneficial practice but can also be a challenging one to implement into your daily life. A Focus Meditation can offer an excellent doorway to Meditation, or for seasoned practitioners, can offer a unique new way of expanding their practice. Instructions are included with each kit.

They are made using natural soy wax, genuine crystal bits, dried botanicals, and custom curated scents. Please choose your preference from the drop down when adding to your cart.
