Tiger’s Eye is known as a stone of great fortune and luck, attracting abundance in many forms. Its energy is known to encourage wealth in the home, as well as bring a steady flow of success to professional endeavors, especially for entrepreneurs. Also a stone of encouragement, Tiger’s Eye can alleviate fears and inspire you to try new things, learn new skills, and boost confidence. This makes it an ideal stone for work with the Solar Plexus Chakra, though it is also used for healing issues with the Sacral and Root Chakras, as it is wonderful for settling nerves, soothing tensions, and grounding. Tiger’s Eye is also a great choice when working to break bad habits and toxic patterns, as it can help establish healthy routines, decrease cravings, and dissipate feelings of discouragement or overwhelm.

An excellent stone for deep Meditation and inward journeying, Sodalite emits a tranquil energy that clears the mind. It can reveal the nature of one's relationship to the universe and inspire insight, awakening, and connection. A stone of the mind, it can stimulate intuition and creativity, strengthen intellect and self-discipline, and dispel confusion. Sodalite can increase consciousness and inspire idealism, illuminating the truth and eliminating fears. It can also help to establish boundaries, dispel feelings of guilt, and inspire you to stand up for yourself. Most often used for work with the Throat Chakra, it encourages genuine self-expression, encouraging you to speak your truth and share your gifts. Its calming vibrations make it an excellent “worry stone” for anyone suffering from anxiety, impulsive behaviors, or oversensitivity.
 
.: Meditation is a profoundly beneficial practice but can also be a challenging one to implement into your daily life.
