.: LEPIDOLITE :.
Lepidolite is a protective stone known for its soft, nurturing energy, as well as its ability to dispel negative energy. It is great for disarming heightened anxiety, detoxifying emotions, restoring calm, and releasing barriers. An excellent stone for working through codependency, Lepidolite is often used when quitting smoking, overcoming addictions, and ending negative relationships. It promotes self-love and protects you from outside influences, leaving you with a sense of calm and peace. Because of its ability to transform negative energy, this “transition stone” can provide significant aid and comfort during times of change and upheaval. Lepidolite is most often used for work with the Crown and Third Eye Chakras because of its ability to clear blockages and bring awareness to your highest vibration.  
 
 .: DALMATIAN JASPER :.
Dalmatian Jasper is known to reconnect us with our innate curiosity and playful nature. It can increase energy, help cope with the mundane, and replace depression with optimism. The stone’s Tourmaline speckles are known to absorb negative energy and dispel outworn patterns. This makes Dalmatian Jasper an excellent stone for use while overcoming addiction, as it is also powerful for strengthening resolve and determination. Both stimulating and inspiring, it can reawaken a sense of joy within, remove disillusionment, and provide clarity. A grounding stone, Dalmatian Jasper can be used for work with the Root Chakra, as it helps to balance and strengthen the physical and spiritual foundations and rekindle energy. On a physical level, Dalmatian Jasper can help purify the blood and remove toxins.
 
.: Meditation is a profoundly beneficial practice but can also be a challenging one to implement into your daily life. A Focus Meditation can offer an excellent doorway to Meditation, or for seasoned practitioners, can offer a unique new way of expanding their practice. Instructions are included with each kit.
 
.: The stones included in the kit can also be used independently to offer healing on their own. You will also find more information about this included in your kit. 
 
.: The painting can be left as is in the box and used only when meditating, placed on an altar or other sacred space, or framed and enjoyed as art.

They are made using natural soy wax, genuine crystal bits, dried botanicals, and custom curated scents. Please choose your preference from the drop down when adding to your cart.
