All Full-Service Bookings begin with a complimentary consultation and include a personalized design plan that evolves with your planning, scheduled check-ins to keep us both on track, a site visit together to your event location, seamless collaboration + communication with your other vendors, access to my full library of curated hard goods, vintage decor + candlelight rentals, detailed design execution from concept to finished product using artistic, innovative, and sustainable techniques with thoughtfully-sourced ingredients, and high-level day-of delivery + installation. Halcyon Heroine is a one-woman entity so you'll be working directly with me & me only from beginning to end! For the day of your event, I bring along a trusted & talented design team to support me with executing your designs so you can feel confident that your Florals will be perfect and handled professionally with skill and love from start to finish.

Current Pricing for Full-Service

I love a micro-wedding as much as a huge bash and I do not have Full-Service minimums for this reason. I am happy to work with *most* budgets but please remember that floral design is a luxury service and my offerings are uniquely executed at a high-skill level sustainably + artfully and are priced accordingly. Pricing for each event varies greatly depending on many contributing factors including (but not limited to) location, scale + complexity of the designs I'll create for you, wedding party + guest count, as well as our constantly changing world + economy. The best way for me to assess if I can work with your budget is to inquire below. After we have an initial consultation call, I will create a personalized proposal for you that will include a detailed pricing breakdown for the designs we discuss and that I recommend just for you!

 

To provide some idea of what you can expect, pricing for my Full-Service Florals in 2026 has *averaged* $4,000 for Weddings

with fewer than 50 Guests, $7,000 for 50-100 Guests, $12,000 for 100-150 Guests, and $19,000 for 150-200 Guests.These prices are averages only provided for example and do not reflect every Wedding - some fall higher and some come in lower. Inquire below to get started and we'll talk about all of the ways my florals can be an impactful & unforgettable part of your celebration within your budget.

Please note an inquiry does not guarantee a booking and I only book one Full-Service event per week so that each

couple gets my full energy, attention, & focus. The sooner you inquire, the better (it's never too early but often too late!)

À La Carte & Elopement Florals

Pre-Designed Florals available for pick-up or delivery that offer an affordable alternative to Full-Service

ÀLa Carte includes Personal Flowers, Ceremony Arrangements, and Reception Centerpieces for day-of-event rental. Designs are limited and do not include any installations. All ÀLa Carte bookings receive a customized moodboard, Designer's Choice of hardgoods available to you to rent or keep, +  thoughtful packaging for transport. Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on date, location, and availability but does not include any set-up or breakdown.

Elopements include Personal Flowers for the couple and their immediate family + a limited offering of small Ceremony Designs.
