. Throat Chakra .
An excellent stone for deep Meditation and inward journeying, Sodalite emits a tranquil energy that clears the mind. It can reveal the nature of one's relationship to the universe and inspire insight, awakening, and connection. A stone of the mind, it can stimulate intuition and creativity, strengthen intellect and self-discipline, and dispel confusion. Sodalite can increase consciousness and idealism, illuminating the truth and eliminating fears. It can also help to establish boundaries, dispel feelings of guilt, and inspire you to stand up for yourself. Most often used for work with the Throat Chakra, it encourages genuine self-expression, helping you to speak your truth. Its calming vibrations make it an excellent “worry stone” for anyone suffering from anxiety/panic attacks, impulsive behaviors, or oversensitivity. Sodalite is also known for enhancing creativity, stimulating deep thought, and aiding in the communication of artistic expression - especially for poets/writers. On a physical level, it can be used to relieve insomnia, alleviate muscle tension, aid with issues of the throat, larynx, glands, and lymphatic system, and reduce inflammation.
