ABOUT OBSIDIAN :.

Formed from volcanic lava, Obsidian is truly of the Earth and known for deep soul healing, catharsis, clearing confusion, propelling growth, and providing stability. It’s reflective glossy exterior makes it a “Warrior of Truth”, with its mirror-like ability to assist with looking deeply inward and doing difficult but necessary shadow-work. This same reflective quality also makes Obsidian a protective stone, shielding against negativity fueled by an environment, others, and the self. Obsidian can be used to work through unresolved issues and harmful energy to reach a higher level of spiritual and personal growth. It is a powerfully energetic stone, often used for scrying, past-life healing, medium-ship, and in therapy to remove shock, trauma, and blockages. A stone associated with the Root Chakra, Obsidian creates a plumbline from the base of the spine to the heart of the Earth, providing unshakable grounding and balance. Physically, Obsidian can be used to relieve stress and general pain, accelerate the healing of wounds, improve circulation and digestion, and provide insight to emotional causes of physical ailments.
 
.: Meditation is a profoundly beneficial practice but can also be a challenging one to implement into your daily life. A Focus Meditation can offer an excellent doorway to Meditation, or for seasoned practitioners, can offer a unique new way of expanding their practice. Instructions are included with each kit.
