.: AMETHYST :.
A natural tranquilizer, Amethyst vibrates with a sense of ease, relieving stress and anxiety, soothing irritability, balancing moods, and alleviating fear and anger. It dispels grief and sadness and dissolves grudges and negative energy, leaving the soul with a sense of relief and peace. Amethyst also carries the energy of inspired passion and creativity, however it’s excellent at grounding and channeling these energies into healing practices. This can inspire a sense of control and stability, stilling the mind and creating a protective light around the body during meditation, allowing you to remain focused and centered. A stone of Ether, Amethyst is ideal for work with the Third Eye and Crown Chakras, as it is known to quiet chaotic thought patterns, enhance cognitive perception, and increase spiritual awareness.

Tourmaline Quartz is Black Tourmaline held within Clear Quartz, creating an incredibly powerful healing and protective stone with the properties of both crystals. It has an amazing ability to absorb negative energy and thoughts and almost instantly replace them with calming vibrations, a positive perspective, and a sense of relief. Tourmaline Quartz is also a powerful protector, blocking negative energies and deflecting detrimental influences. A gentle healer of trauma and PTSD, it can help break destructive thought patterns and habits and inspire positive changes and healthy boundary setting. Tourmaline Quartz aligns all of the Chakras - with Clear Quartz strongly connected with the Third Eye and Black Tourmaline deeply connected to the Root - and is the ultimate balancing and grounding talisman.
 
.: Meditation is a profoundly beneficial practice but can also be a challenging one to implement into your daily life. A Focus Meditation can offer an excellent doorway to Meditation, or for seasoned practitioners, can offer a unique new way of expanding their practice. Instructions are included with each kit.

.: The painting can be left as is in the box and used only when meditating, placed on an altar or other sacred space, or framed and enjoyed as art.
